Product usage
Using the qPCR detection principle of TaqMan

biological production processes.
The Plasmid Residual DNA Detection Kit
quantitatively determines the residual plasmid
DNA in samples through the shared KanR
(Prokaryotic resistance) gene sequence of
plasmids. The detection is fast, specific, and
reliable in performance.
