Application
β-NADPH is a coenzyme, which is formed by niacinamide adenine dinucleotide and phosphate molecule through an ester bond. It exists widely in the biological world and can be used for reduction reaction. It’s also a major component in various diagnosis kit, especially enzyme activity assays.
Technical principles
β-NADPH is a coenzyme of dehydrogenase, and acts as a hydrogen donor in the reaction process. It provides hydrogen through chemical osmotic coupling in the electron transport chain, and reduces itself to β-NADP+
Advantages
1) Good water solubility;
2) Good stability.
Precautions and warnings
The material is intended for use only in in vitro diagnostic products and should not be used in humans or in vivo experiments.
