The LAMP Colorimetric Master Mix (Liquid, Lyoph-Ready) is a high-performance reagent system designed for rapid DNA isothermal amplification with simple visual detection. The formulation includes a reaction buffer, Bst DNA polymerase enzyme mix, lyophilized protectants, and chromogenic dye components.

The reaction buffer provides essential amplification components such as Mg²⁺ and dNTPs. For routine use, users only need to mix the reaction buffer, enzyme mix, and primers, followed by addition of the DNA template to start the reaction.

This system is also optimized for lyophilization. By adding the lyophilized protectant, the mixture can be directly connected to a freeze-drying process, enabling conversion into a stable lyophilized format. After preparation, only primers and template DNA are required for use.

The assay delivers fast and intuitive colorimetric readout: negative reactions remain red, while positive reactions turn yellow, enabling easy result interpretation without specialized equipment.

No. Hzymes Bst polymerase provides DNA polymerase and strand displacement activity but lacks reverse transcriptase and exonuclease activity.
