Product Description


Circular RNA (circRNA) is a class of single-stranded RNA molecules with a covalently closed loop structure. The structural feature of circular RNA is that its 3‘ and 5’ ends are joined together by reverse splicing to form a closed loop structure. Due to the absence of free ends, circRNA is not easily degraded by nucleic acid exonucleases and therefore has high stability within the cell. The circRNA Fluc will express a firefly luciferase protein after transfection into cells , and Luciferase can oxidize luciferin and emit biofluorescence. The detection is simple, fast, and easy to quantify. It is suitable for studying gene expression, regulation, cell differentiation, protein localization and transport in vivo, and delivery vector efficiency as a reporter gene.


This product is high-purity circRNA with stable translation efficiency in mammalian eukaryotic cell.
