Multiplex qPCR Master Mix (ONE TUBE) is a probe-based multiplex real-time PCR master mix designed for quantitative detection of DNA templates. The formulation incorporates an upgraded Taq DNA polymerase with broad template compatibility and a built-in UDG/dUTP contamination control system to reduce the risk of carryover contamination from previous PCR amplifications.


It’s convenient one-tube format minimizes pipetting steps by requiring only the addition of primers, probes, template, and water, helping simplify workflow and improve operational consistency. The master mix is compatible with multiplex qPCR assay development and supports both standard and fast cycling protocols.
