Hzymes GMP-Grade Murine RNase Inhibitor is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, designed to protect RNA integrity by specifically binding to RNase A, B, and C in a 1:1 ratio through non-covalent interaction, thereby effectively blocking RNase activity.


Compared with human or porcine RNase inhibitors, the murine version exhibits enhanced resistance to oxidative inactivation, making it particularly suitable for molecular diagnostic reactions that require low DTT concentrations or DTT-sensitive conditions, such as real-time RT-PCR.
