Taq antibody V1 is a product developed by our company with high affinity for Taq DNA polymerase and its mutants. It can block the activity of Taq DNA polymerase even at 65°C, making it suitable for Hot Start PCR. After binding with Taq DNA polymerase, Taq antibody V1 inhibits the activity of the polymerase, thereby suppressing non-specific amplification caused by non-specific annealing of primers or primer dimers under low temperature conditions. This product can be rapidly activated by heating at 95°C for 30 seconds, completely releasing the activity of Taq DNA polymerase. Using this product to block Taq DNA polymerase can significantly improve amplification specificity and the detection rate of low templates. There is no need for special inactivation treatment of the antibody, and it is compatible with existing PCR reaction conditions.

Precaution
