Product Description
T7 RNA Polymerase is a DNA-dependent RNA
polymerase from T7 phage, that possesses a
strong and specific 5 ´→ 3 ´ RNA polymerase
activity. T7 RNA Polymerase has high
specificity for T7 promoter sequences and will synthesize large quantities of RNA from a DNA
fragment inserted downstream from a promoter. The production and quality management
procedures for this product comply with GMP
standards, ensuring traceability of the production
process and all raw and auxiliary materials. The
entire production process does not use
ampicillin or any animal-derived raw materials.
This product strictly controls residues of endonuclease, exonuclease, nickase, RNase, and
endotoxins.
