Product Introduction
Ultra Nuclease is an endonuclease, which can degrade all forms of DNA and RNA, hydrolyze the phosphodiester bond of nucleotide like other endonuclease, and completely digest all free nucleotides. The protein consists of two subunits of a molecular weight of about 30kDa, with an isoelectric point of 6. 85.

Typical Applications
An efficient and cost-effective removal of nucleic acids is crucial in biomanufacturing processes, such as:
• Purification of Biological Products: Process Purification of Viral Vaccines, Vaccine Virus Vectors, Cell and Gene Therapy.
• Particle pretreatment: remove the nucleic acid wound on the surface of the virus particle, which is conducive to the release and purification of the virus.
• Reduce viscosity: remove the nucleic acid in the crude extract, reduce the viscosity of the solution, and increase the self-production of protein.
• Reduce clumping of stored peripheral blood monocytic cells (PBMC).

Definition of Activity One unit of Ultra Nuclease is defined as the amount of enzyme that causes a change in absorbance at 260 nm of 1. 0 absorption units within 30 minutes.
