COVID-19 Spike (4000 nt) mRNA (modified) encodes the full-length Spike (S) protein of SARS-CoV-2 and incorporates N1-methylpseudouridine (N1-Me-pUTP) modification to enhance mRNA performance in mammalian expression systems.
