Product Overview

Trypsin is a serine protease widely used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. It can specifically cleave the C-terminus of arginine and lysine in peptide chains.

To address the demands of high-quality protein production, Hzymes has synthesized a gene encoding for the amino acid sequence of Trypsin and has transformed the gene into the expression host E. coli. Recombinant trypsin is expressed as an active protease with properties that are equivalent to native trypsin. Since recombinant trypsin has higher biological safety, it can replace trypsin extracted with traditional methods in biopharmaceutical fields such as vaccines, stem cells, and cellular immunotherapy.
