Product Overview


The six lipid-profile parameters include triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), apolipoprotein A (ApoA), and apolipoprotein B (ApoB). Glycerol-3-phosphate oxidase (G3PO) is the key enzyme in clinical TG assay reagents. This product is an AI-engineered, multi-point-mutated recombinant enzyme that specifically addresses the shortcomings of wild-type enzymes, namely, poor thermal stability and limited formulation compatibility. It exhibits a dry-powder specific activity of ≥12 U/mg, a protein purity of ≥90%, and tightly controlled levels of contaminating enzymes. The enzyme remains stable across a broad pH range of 5.5-9.5, demonstrates excellent tolerance to 45°C conditions, and is compatible with a variety of nonionic surfactants and chelating agents commonly used in lipid-assay formulations. Compared with imported chemically modified enzymes, this product eliminates the need for chemical modification and avoids batch-to-batch variability; its fermentation and purification processes are well-controlled, enabling scalable manufacturing and enhanced batch-to-batch consistency. When paired with LPL (HH1008), GK (HH1207), and peroxidase (POD), it forms a complete four-enzyme coupled TG assay system, offering wide linearity, measurement deviations of <5%, and suitability for both fully automated biochemical analyzers and dry-format lipid-assay development. The reagent also exhibits robust resistance to freeze-thaw cycles and accelerated aging, meeting global IVD raw material procurement standards.

Reaction Principle



One unit of enzyme activity is defined as the amount of enzyme required to catalyze the consumption of 1 μmol of glycerol-3-phosphate per minute under conditions of pH 8.0 and 37°C.
