Technical principles

S-2366 is a specific substrate for thrombin, which can be hydrolyzed by thrombin. It releases p-nitroaniline (pNA), which can be detected at a wavelength of 405 nm.

Application

S-2366 is used to detect thrombin concentration in blood samples. S-2366 can only be used for laboratory scientific research, in-vitro diagnostics, and quality control in the pharmaceutical industry and shall not be used as a drug or in vivo diagnosis.
