Purpose and usage

It is used to prepare scientific research detection reagent. With NADH as indicator system and chromogen substrate, there is an absorption peak at 340nm, which can detect the contents of lactate dehydrogenase and transaminase.

Functional principle

NADH is the coenzyme of dehydrogenase, β-As the carrier of hydrogen in the reaction process, NADH provides hydrogen atoms through chemical osmotic coupling in the electron transfer chain, and oxidizes itself into hydrogenβ-NAD+. The absorption degree of the substrate can be detected at 340nm according to the absorption degree of the original pigment system.
