The CK-MM antibody consists of four highly specific monoclonal mouse antibodies directed to human creatine kinase isoenzyme-MM (CK-MM).The CK-MM antibody is a main compound of the human creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB (CK-MB) assay，which is a well established tool in confirming the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.

Application
Suitable for use in human creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB (CK-MB) assay. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
