T7 RNA Polymerase is a DNA-dependent RNA polymerase from T7 phage, with highly specific 5 ´→ 3 ´ RNA polymerase activity, and fewer dsRNA byproducts in the in vitro transcriptional product compared to wild-type T7 RNA polymerase.The production and quality management procedures for this product comply with GMP standards, ensuring traceability of the production process and all raw and auxiliary materials. The entire production process does not use ampicillin or any animal-derived raw materials. This product strictly controls residues of endonuclease, exonuclease, nickase, RNase, and endotoxins.
