Application

Technical Principles

β-NAD+ is a coenzyme of dehydrogenase, and β-NAD+ obtains hydrogen during the reaction and reduces itself to NADH. As an indicator and chromogen substrate, NADH has an absorption peak at 340 nm, which can be used for detection.
