Product Description
Enzyme Mix 2.0 is an enzyme mixture containing
T7 RNA polymerase, inorganic pyrophosphatase
(yeast), and RNase inhibitors. It reduces the
number of reagent addition steps during the
preparation of in vitro transcription reagents,
facilitating the operation of in vitro transcription
reactions. This reagent is used together with
NTPs, in vitro transcription buffer, and DNA
templates containing the T7 promoter. A single
reaction can yield 150-200 μg of RNA products
and can be scaled up to produce milligram
quantities of RNA. The transcribed RNA can be
used for applications including RNA structure
and function research, RNase protection, probe
hybridization, anti-sense RNA, and RNAi.
The production and quality management
procedures for this product comply with GMP
standards, ensuring traceability of the production process and all raw and auxiliary materials. The
entire production process does not use ampicillin
or any animal-derived raw materials. This
product strictly controls residues of endonuclease,
exonuclease, nickase, RNase, and endotoxins.
