Proteinase K (Lyophilized Powder)


Proteinase K is a highly active recombinant serine protease derived from Tritirachium album, widely used in nucleic acid extraction, molecular diagnostics, and biopharmaceutical sample preparation. It exhibits broad substrate specificity and efficiently digests proteins under both native and denaturing conditions, including in the presence of detergents such as SDS and urea.


Developed through directed evolution technology, Hzymes Proteinase K delivers enhanced enzymatic activity, exceptional stability, and excellent compatibility with nucleic acid purification workflows. The product is free of detectable DNase, RNase, and nickase contamination, ensuring reliable performance in sensitive DNA and RNA applications.
