Product Overview
Proteinase K (Lyophilized Powder)
Proteinase K is a highly active recombinant serine protease derived from Tritirachium album, widely used in nucleic acid extraction, molecular diagnostics, and biopharmaceutical sample preparation. It exhibits broad substrate specificity and efficiently digests proteins under both native and denaturing conditions, including in the presence of detergents such as SDS and urea.
Developed through directed evolution technology, Hzymes Proteinase K delivers enhanced enzymatic activity, exceptional stability, and excellent compatibility with nucleic acid purification workflows. The product is free of detectable DNase, RNase, and nickase contamination, ensuring reliable performance in sensitive DNA and RNA applications.
With an annual production capacity of 1,500 kg, Hzymes is one of the largest domestic suppliers of recombinant Proteinase K in China, providing consistent quality and scalable supply for diagnostic and industrial applications.
