For the preparation of scientific research reagents. With NADH as the indicator and chromogen substrate, there is an absorption peak at 340 nm, which can be used for detecting lactate dehydrogenase, transaminase and so on.



Technical Principles


β-NAD+ is a coenzyme of dehydrogenase, and β-NAD+ obtains hydrogen during the reaction and reduces itself to NADH. As an indicator and chromogen substrate, NADH has an absorption peak at 340 nm, which can be used for detection.
