Product Overview
Endogenous creatine is eliminated under the action of Creatine amidinohydrolase, Sarcosine oxidase and Catalase. When the activity of Catalase is inhibited under the action of NaN3, creatinine in the sample is converted into H2O2 under the action of Creatinine amidohydrolase, Creatine amidinohydrolase and Sarcosine oxidase. The generated H2O2 can be detected using Trinder's reaction to quantitatively determine the creatinine in the sample.
Key Features
Lower Cost and Higher Consistency via In-House Production
The self-production of the core enzyme: Lower reagent costs and minimal batch-to-batch variations.
Excellent Stability
The simulated accelerated stability at 37℃ can last up to 14 days.
Wide Linear Range
The maximum concentration of serum parameters can reach 8840 μmol/L, and that of urine parameters can reach 24000 μmol/L.
Special Anti-Drug Interference
The maximum concentration of calcium dobesilate and etamsylate can reach 20mg/L.
Applications
In vitro test for the quantitative determination of creatinine (Crea) concentration in serum, plasma and urine on photometric systems. Creatinine measurements are used in the diagnosis and treatment of renal diseases, in monitoring renal dialysis, and as a calculation basis for measuring other urine analytes.
