Product Overview


Mouse IL-12 mRNA (modified) encodes murine interleukin-12 (IL-12), a multifunctional cytokine that plays a central role in immune regulation and antitumor immunity. IL-12 promotes Th1 immune responses by inducing Th0 cell differentiation into Th1 cells, enhancing Th1 cell proliferation, and stimulating IFN-γ secretion from NK cells and T cells.


Through activation of NK cells, LAK cells, and cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs), IL-12 contributes to enhanced cellular immune responses and has been extensively studied in cancer immunotherapy and immune engineering research.


This product contains optimized murine IL-12b and IL-12a coding sequences connected by a peptide linker. A miR-122 binding site is introduced into the 3' UTR to suppress IL-12 expression in hepatocytes while preserving expression in tumor cells, supporting targeted IL-12 expression studies.


Mouse IL-12 protein expression can be confirmed by Western blot (WB) and ELISA analysis.


Mouse IL-12 mRNA (modified) is synthesized by in vitro co-transcriptional capping with N1-methylpseudouridine (N1-Me-pUTP) modification and purified through precipitation and desalting. The N1-methylpseudouridine modification reduces innate immune activation and improves mRNA translation performance, making it suitable for advanced mRNA delivery and immunotherapy research.
