Technical Support

mRNA Cap 2'-O-methyltransferase is an essential enzyme for the enzymatic capping process, which can add a methyl group to cap 0 structure and forming the Cap 1 structure.

Features

Product Description

S-Adenosyl methionine (SAM) is an auxiliary substrate involved in methyl transfer reaction. It is synthesized in vivo by adenosine triphosphate and methionine under the action of Methionine adenosyltransferase. SAM is prepared in 0. 01 M HCL and 10% ETOH and filtered.
