The FLuc mRNA will express a firefly luciferase protein after transfection into cells, and Luciferase can oxidize luciferin and emit biofluorescence. It is suitable for studying gene expression, regulation, cell differentiation, protein localization and transport in vivo, and delivery vector efficiency as a reporter gene.saRNA (Self-amplifying RNA) Amplifies RNA using RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RDRP) derived from RNA viruses to increase the production of antigenic proteins. Unlike mRNAs, saRNAs are capable of self-replication via a replicase located downstream of the 5'UTR. The SGP facilitates the initiation of GOI transcription by bypassing the reads encoding the viral replicase sequences, promoting the formation and translation of only GOI-containing mRNAs, and this replication mechanism results in a 30-1000-fold reduction in the amount of saRNA required for replication.
