Under buffer conditions, AMPPD undergoes catalytic hydrolysis in the presence of alkaline phosphatase to decompose and produce intense luminescent signals, and luminescence intensity presents an excellent linear correlation with ALP concentration. It is applicable to magnetic particle chemiluminescence, microplate-based chemiluminescence and other detection platforms.
