Universal Fast One-Step RT-qPCR Probe Mix U+ (One Tube) is a probe-based multiplex real-time RT-qPCR master mix developed for rapid and sensitive RNA detection. The mix contains UDG and dUTP carryover prevention technology, enabling effective degradation of contaminating amplification products from previous reactions at room temperature. Test Protocol: Prepare fully premixed reaction solution containing buffer, enzyme mix, primers and probes with HMD6902T, followed by incubation at 37°C for 10 days. The control group adopts freshly prepared reaction system. SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid reference materials at concentrations of 1E4 copies/mL and 5E2 copies/mL are used as templates.
