Hzymes’ T7 RNA Polymerase ELISA kit uses a double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect the residual amount of T7 RNA polymerase.

• Excellent anti-interference performance: actual measurements of 1–2 mg/mL mRNA samples showed acceptable recovery rates (80–120%) after dilution at 2×, 4×, 10×, 25×, 50×, 100×, 200×, 400×, and 800×.
