HZYME BIOTECH develops sample direct amplification release reagent for molecular POCT diagnosis. For direct amplification LAMP system, there is no need for nucleic acid extraction, and the crude lysate of the sample can be directly amplified, the target gene can be accurately detected, the sample detection time can be further shortened, which perfectly matched the application requirements of molecular POCT. It is suitable for blood samples (heparin sodium, EDTA, sodium citrate anticoagulant collection vessels). The treated samples can be directly used for LAMP detection without complicated extraction operations, achieving the same results as conventional extraction methods.

1. The minimum amount of blood sample
release agent corresponding to 10 μL blood
samples can be adjusted to
500 μL. Adjustments can be made according
to testing requirements.
2. Once the sample processed by the blood sample release reagent, it is recommended to
conduct the next phase of test as soon as possible , the interval waiting time is preferably less than 3 hour.
3. The pH of the blood sample release reagent
is alkalinity, and the detection system needs
to have a certain buffer. It is suitable for most
LAMP fluorescent detection with pH buffer, but not suitable for LAMP colorimetric detection without buffer.
