Product Overview


eGFP mRNA (Modified) is an N1-Me-pUTP modified messenger RNA encoding enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP), designed to improve mRNA translation performance and reduce innate immune activation after cellular delivery.


EGFP is a widely used fluorescent reporter protein with an excitation wavelength of 488 nm and an emission wavelength of 507 nm. The strong green fluorescence signal enables direct visualization of protein expression in living cells through fluorescence microscopy without additional substrates.


This product is synthesized by in vitro co-transcriptional capping technology incorporating N1-methylpseudouridine (N1-Me-pUTP) modification. Compared with unmodified mRNA, modified eGFP mRNA provides enhanced translation efficiency and improved cellular compatibility, making it suitable for advanced mRNA delivery studies and functional validation applications.


With a theoretical length of approximately 997 nt, the product is purified through precipitation and desalting processes and supports sustained EGFP expression in mammalian eukaryotic cells.
