Product Overview


Human erythropoietin (EPO) is an endogenous glycoprotein hormone primarily secreted by the kidney. It plays a critical role in regulating erythropoiesis by promoting the survival, proliferation, and differentiation of erythroid progenitor cells in the bone marrow, thereby stimulating red blood cell production and enhancing oxygen-carrying capacity.


Recombinant human EPO (rhEPO) is widely used in research and clinical applications, particularly for studying erythropoietin signaling pathways, erythroid differentiation, and anemia-related mechanisms.


This product is a N1-methylpseudouridine (N1-Me-pUTP) modified Human EPO mRNA synthesized by in vitro co-transcriptional capping technology. The mRNA contains optimized modifications designed to reduce innate immune activation and improve translation efficiency in mammalian cells.
