COVID-19 RBD (1000 nt) mRNA (modified) is an N1-Methylpseudouridine (N1-Me-pUTP) modified mRNA encoding the receptor-binding domain (RBD) of the SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein.


The RBD domain is the major functional region involved in binding to the host ACE2 receptor and plays a key role in SARS-CoV-2 infection initiation. Due to its importance in viral entry, immune recognition, and antibody targeting, SARS-CoV-2 RBD mRNA is widely applied in studies of viral mechanisms, antigen expression, and mRNA-based therapeutic and vaccine development.
