Background

The presence of these impurities may affect the accurate quantification of mRNA, reduce its translation efficiency, or alter immunogenicity. Therefore, it is necessary to separate the target mRNA from the IVT mixture by purification technology to ensure its purity and integrity, and guarantee  the safety and effectiveness of the product.
