This product contains reaction buffer, Enzymes Mix of Bst DNA polymerase and
lyophilized protectant components. The
reaction buffer contains Mg 2+ , dNTP and
other components necessary for amplification.
Just mixing the reaction buffer, the enzyme mix and the primer probe mix and then add
the template when used; adding lyophilized
protectant can be straightly connected to a
lyophilizer and lyophilized, and only the primer probe mix and template need to be added for use. This Kit has high efficiency
and sensitivity of amplification.
