This product contains reaction buffer, Enzymes Mix of Bst DNA polymerase, lyophilized protectant and chromogenic dye
components. Just mixing the reaction buffer, the enzyme mix and primers and then add the
template when used; adding lyophilized
protectant can be straightly connected to a
lyophilizer and lyophilized, and only primers and templates need to be added for use.
This Kit provides a fast, clearly visual
detection of amplification, which negative
reaction is indicated in red and positive reaction in indicated by a change to yellow

Transportation and storage conditions
