Product Overview


Fast LNP (in vivo) is a ready-to-use Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) for in vivo transfection of mRNA in experimental animals. LNP can be encapsulated in one step without the need of specific encapsulation equipment, without the need of incubation, and the transfection effect is comparable to that of LNP encapsulated by professional encapsulation equipment, and it can meet a variety of drug delivery modes, including but not limited to intramuscular, intravenous, percutaneous, and intraperitoneal administration routes.

Fast LNP (in vivo - systemic delivery) ready-to-use LNP kit is a fast LNP encapsulation solution developed specifically for in vivo RNA delivery in experimental animals. Utilizing the unique endocytosis delivery and endosomal escape mechanism of LNP technology, it can efficiently deliver a variety of RNAs such as mRNAs, gRNAs, saRNAs and other RNAs to animals.

Intravenous Injection



The microfluidic prepared conventional LNP and Fast LNP (in vivo - systemic delivery) were administered in the tail vein at a single dose of 30 hg per mouse. 6h after the injection of formulated luciferase mRNA drugs, mice were injected with luciferin intraperitoneally, and then subjected to IVIS in vivo imaging. The results showed that the targeting effect of Hzyme's Fast LNP (in vivo delivery) was comparable to that of microfluidic encapsulated LNP in liver and spleen tissues.


Intramuscular Injection



LNP prepared by microfluidics and Fast LNP (in vivo-systemic delivery) by Haymes were used for intramuscular administration of LNP at a single dose of 7. 5 μg per mouse, followed by an intraperitoneal injection of luciferin after 6 h, and then in vivo imaging of IVIS was performed. The results showed that the targeting effect of Fast LNP (in vivo-systemic delivery) was comparable to that of microfluidically encapsulated LNP in liver, spleen and muscle.


Intraperitoneal Injection



The microfluidic prepared LNP and Fast LNP (in vivo - systemic delivery) of Hzymes were administered intraperitoneally at a single dose of 30 μg/each, and then injected intraperitoneally with the potassium salt of D-fluorescein at 6 h. The results showed that the targeting effect of Fast LNP (in vivo delivery) was comparable to that of microfluidic encapsulated LNP in liver and spleen tissues.


Subcutaneous Injection



The microfluidic prepared LNP and Fast LNP (in vivo - systemic delivery) were administered subcutaneously at a single dose of 30 μg/each, and then injected intraperitoneally with the luciferin after 6 h. The results showed that the subcutaneous targeting effect of Fast LNP (in vivo-systemic delivery) was comparable to that of the microfluidic encapsulated LNP. Results showed that Fast LNP (in vivo - systemic delivery) and microfluidic-encapsulated LNP had comparable targeting effects in the subcutaneous area, while Fast LNP (in vivo - systemic delivery) had a slightly weaker targeting effect in the liver and spleen tissues.
