Cap analogs

Cap analogs are used to cap the 5' end of mRNA in an in vitro synthesis reaction of mRNA. It can replace the natural mRNA cap structure, and has the function of increasing mRNA stability and decreasing immunogenicity. At present, mRNA capping is mainly carried out by in vitro transcription, in which mRNA is prepared by one-step method of co-transcription with cap analogues, which is relatively simple in process and quality control, and is the preferred method for mRNA preparation.

Product Description

This product is used to cap the 5 'end of mRNA to form cap 1 structure during in vitro transcription. Compared with cap 0 structure (Arca and MCAP capped), mRNAs with cap 1 structure are more suitable for mammalian systems and have higher transcriptional efficiency.
