Does Hzymes Bst polymerase have reverse transcriptase activity?

No. Hzymes Bst DNA polymerase (HMD7004 / HMD7005 / HMD7006 / HMD7007) has 5´→3´ DNA polymerase activity and strong strand displacement activity, but it does not have reverse transcriptase or 5´→3´ exonuclease activity.

What are the advantages of Hzymes Bst V2.0? Can it replace Taq polymerase?

Hzymes Bst V2.0 enzymes offer:

However, it cannot replace Taq polymerase because it is not designed to function at high-temperature denaturation conditions (≥95°C).
