PCR MIX (HMD3916) Test Data

 

01 Ultra-Fast: RNA Detection in 20 Minutes


Test Method: Different respiratory pathogens were tested using both fast and ultra-fast programs to evaluate reagent performance.


 

HMD3916 showed consistent Ct values (<0.2 Ct difference) between conventional and fast programs. The ultra-fast program differed by only about 0.5 Ct, enabling RNA detection within 20 minutes.

 

02 Interference Resistance: Direct Amplification with Sample Release Agent


Test Method: Influenza A and B virus controls were diluted to the same concentration using TE buffer, HMD3508 release agent, and the same solutions with oral swab-derived inhibitors. Direct amplification was performed for each condition.


HMD3916, when used with the HMD3508 release agent, demonstrated strong performance under inhibitor-rich conditions, confirming excellent resistance.

 

03 Stability: Lyophilized Beads Stable for 60 Days at 50°C


HMD3916A lyophilized beads retained good form and stable reagent performance after 60 days of accelerated storage at 50°C.

 

 
Performance and Stability Evaluation of Sample Release Agent

 

01 Evaluation with Throat Swab Samples


HMD3508 demonstrated superior release efficiency with throat swab samples.


02 Evaluation with Simulated Blood Samples


HMD3508 showed better resistance and release performance with simulated blood samples.


03 Room Temperature Stability of Release Agent


Testing after 3 and 6 hours at room temperature showed that HMD3508 maintained better performance even after 6 hours.


04 Stability at 2–8°C


After storage at 2–8°C for 24, 40, and 48 hours, HMD3508 still delivered stable performance, even after 48 hours.
