YLHot Start Taq DNA Polymerase is a hot start DNA polymerase product based on antibody modification. The 5'-3' exonuclease activity of the enzyme is deficient through site-directed mutagenesis. At the same time, it was bound with a specific antibody with high affinity, which block the polymerase activity strictly below 70℃and release it more than 95% after heated at 95 ℃ for 30s. This could not only prevent the non-specific amplification caused by mismatched templates and primer dimer, but also avoids the noise rising and loss of amplification efficiency caused by the degradation of key materials such as primer and probes. It has excellent amplification specificity and sensitivity, as well as stability of premixed reagents. With the optimized buffer, it is widely used in multiplex PCR reactions including forensic detection.
