Product Overview

Multiplex qPCR Probe Kit U+ (Fast) is a probe-based real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) reagent designed for rapid and multiplex nucleic acid detection. Featuring a fast amplification system, the kit can complete 42 PCR cycles within 40 minutes, helping reduce turnaround time while maintaining reliable amplification performance.

The kit includes a heat-labile Uracil-DNA-Glycosylase (UDG) contamination control system, which degrades uracil-containing carryover amplicons from previous reactions, minimizing the risk of false-positive results caused by aerosol contamination.

In addition to standard probe-based qPCR applications, the kit supports multiplex fluorescence detection and fluorescence melting curve analysis, providing flexibility for assay development and molecular diagnostic workflows.

Key Features

Fast qPCR Amplification

Optimized enzyme and buffer formulation enables rapid PCR cycling, completing 42 amplification cycles in approximately 40 minutes and supporting fast turnaround workflows.

Carryover Contamination Prevention

Contains heat-labile UDG in the enzyme mix to eliminate contamination from previous PCR products, improving assay reliability and reducing false-positive risks.

Multiplex Detection Compatibility

Supports multiplex fluorescent probe assays and is compatible with applications requiring simultaneous detection of multiple targets.

Fluorescence Melting Curve Analysis

Enables both amplification curve analysis and multi-color fluorescence melting curve analysis, supporting assay design strategies that combine probe detection with melting curve characterization.

Direct Amplification Capability

Demonstrated compatibility with direct amplification workflows using liquefied sputum samples processed with release reagents, helping simplify sample preparation procedures.

Applications

Multiplex qPCR Probe Kit U+ (Fast) is suitable for:

• Multiplex real-time PCR (qPCR) assays using probe detection chemistry

• Pathogen nucleic acid detection based on qPCR methodology

• Fluorescence melting curve analysis and genotyping assays
