With the theme “Riding the Momentum of the Free Trade Port Policies to Promote a New Chapter of High-Quality Development,” the event featured a closed-door meeting, opening ceremony, keynote forum, 13 parallel sessions, roundtables, and an on-site exhibition and experience zone for cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements. Additional activities included the establishment ceremonies of branch organizations, the inauguration of expert workstations and bases, strategic cooperation signings, and project launches. Over 1,000 participants attended, including 20 top scholars from China and abroad, more than 100 renowned industry experts, business elites, representatives from universities, research institutes, government agencies, and media.

On the morning of May 10, the Biotech Quality Control Sub-Committee, initiated by Hzymes Biotechnology Co., Ltd., was officially granted status by the China Food and Drug Safety Promotion Association.

China’s biopharmaceutical industry has advanced rapidly in recent years and holds vast prospects, with many achievements at the global forefront. Quality control, which runs through every stage, is the foundation and guarantee of industry development. At the same time, biopharmaceuticals are a key brand focus of the Promotion Association.
With over a decade of experience in enzyme raw materials and formulations and strong technical capabilities, Hzymes has been emerging as a leader in biopharmaceutical quality control. During the second session of the third council meeting held during the conference, Professor Yang Guangyu, Chairman of Hzymes, was elected Vice President of the China Food and Drug Safety Promotion Association, and presided over the establishment ceremony of the Beauty and Health Industry Sub-Committee on behalf of the association.
