Technical principles
With alkaline phosphatase(ALP) catalysis, Chemiluminescence substrate – APS-5 will release protons. At a specific concentration of ALP, the amount of released protons is proportional to the concentration of ALP.
Applications
Immunoassays with alkaline phosphatase (ALP).
Precautions
1.After dissolving, equilibrate the reagent to room temperature (22~35 °C) before use
2. Exposure to bright light should be avoided in all cases.
3. Do not freeze after dissolving.
