Capillary Gel Electrophoresis


In capillary gel electrophoresis, the gel matrix is housed within the capillary and serves as a support for electrophoresis detection. The porous nature of the gel acts like a molecular sieve, allowing separation based on molecular size. Its high viscosity minimizes solute diffusion, producing sharp peaks and achieving the highest column efficiency in CE.

This product includes denaturants that unfold secondary structures in single-stranded RNA, ensuring the RNA fragments remain in a denatured state.
