Purpose and usage
The water-soluble oxidation chromogenic reagent can detect hydrogen peroxide with high sensitivity in the presence of peroxidase, without using a chromogenic substrate, and can be used for the preparation of biochemical reagents. Wear gloves when handling to prevent inhalation or skin contact.
Function principle
Hydrogen peroxide is an important intermediate metabolite in the analysis of trace components in organisms, food quality monitoring, and detection of environmental substances. DA-67 undergoes a redox reaction with H2O2 in the presence of peroxidase, and changes its color to form a blue compound, and its absorbance change can be detected at 666 nm.
Advantages
1) Good water solubility;
2) High sensitivity;
3)
Little influence by coexisting substances;
4)
Good stability
